BOTTOM LINE
Bloam's submitted answers establish a gender-identity agenda spanning school rules, access and affordability for treatment, public-plan behavioral-health coverage, youth-center funding, and state demographic data. The Stonewall endorsement, WESA reporting, and Vote Mama endorsement-rule and funding chain independently corroborate parts of that record.
DOCUMENTED RECORD
In a questionnaire section expressly covering transgender citizens and youth, Bloam supported students using their preferred restrooms and joining the team aligned with their gender. She also supported banning school and sports sex-verification requirements.
Asked about gender-affirming treatment, Bloam said Pennsylvania should protect access and pass legislation making that treatment more affordable.
She said Medicaid-managed care and marketplace plans should cover gender-affirming behavioral-health services, maintain trans-affirming provider networks, and support peer, crisis, and provider-training programs.
She supported public funding for LGBTQ centers serving at-risk youth and a thorough sexual-orientation and gender-identity demographic database to guide financial-resource allocation. She said individual identities should remain confidential.
Steel City Stonewall published the questionnaire and lists Bloam as endorsed. WESA independently reported her school-teams, restroom, and sex-verification position.
A separate tether reaches the same care priority: Vote Mama says every endorsed candidate must support every pledge priority, including protection of gender-affirming care. It lists Bloam as endorsed, and her filing reports a $2,500 contribution.
LIMITS OF THIS RECORD
The sources do not identify procedures, age thresholds, parental-consent rules, locker-room policy, or athletic-eligibility standards. Bloam's explicit insurance answer concerns behavioral-health services, not every medical procedure. She called for confidentiality in the SOGI data; it is not described as a public named-person registry. Her questionnaire says an informal campaign consultant helped complete it.
